IMPORTANT:
Reservations
will be accepted by mail or messenger and will be accepted on a
first come, first served basis. Telephone calls will not be accepted. We
must have all reservation cards and checks (payable to International
Aviation Club) by 12:00 noon, Friday, July 25, 2008 to hold
reservations and to provide an accurate count to the Hotel.
Adjustments to your reservations cannot be made after this time. No
refunds will be made for cancellations or no shows after the above due

If
reserving an entire table, we must receive your table list (including
each person's name and company name) no later than 12:00 noon,
Monday, July 28, 2008, to ensure a name badge for each of

Without reservation, seating
